About Role
We're seeking a Lead Operations SME - Enablon to join Cognizant's sustainability practice. You'll be working with a global team of sustainability and digital experts who use Cognizant's vast expertise in modernising technology, reimagining processes, and transforming experiences to help our clients stay ahead in a fast changing world.
As part of this role, The Enablon EHS Operations Specialist/SME is responsible for providing hands-on support for the Enablon platform to facilitate Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth functioning of Enablon for EHS processes, troubleshooting issues, and providing ongoing user support and training. The person must have Pharma/Life sciences domain experience in relation to EHS. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve EHS data accuracy, optimize system functionality, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
. Key Responsibilities
· Provide day-to-day operational support and system administration for the Enablon platform, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of EHS data.
· ITIL process to be adhered
· Serve as the primary contact for Enablon-related user support, troubleshooting system issues, and resolving user queries in a timely manner.
· Work with IT and vendor support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
· Ensure accurate data entry and data integrity within Enablon, coordinating with teams to maintain high-quality EHS records.
· Support compliance with EHS regulations by assisting in data reporting and documentation management within the platform.
· Support the tracking and management of incidents, near-misses, and safety observations within Enablon.
· Generate and analyze reports on EHS performance metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Prepare data visualizations and presentations for stakeholders as needed.
· Participate in Enablon system updates, enhancements, and testing efforts, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback collection.
· Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements within Enablon to streamline EHS operations.
Our ideal candidate:
· At least 4 to 7 years of experience in supporting Enablon application.
· Functional understanding of the data and Interfacing system
· Troubleshooting & debugging of data with different source system to ensure data accuracy for inbound & outbound in Enablon application
· Strong written and verbal communication
· The Enablon EHS specialist is responsible for managing and supporting EHS functions through the Enablon platform.
· Experience leading EHS software support operations, good understanding of testing, data migration and post-go-live support.
· Experience with common Enablon applications such as Incident Management, Audit/Inspections Management, Metrics, Action Plans, Regulatory Compliance Management, Air Quality, or Risk Management & Industrial Hygiene and Safety
· Understanding and debugging of Enablon NABSIC coding
· Experience with Enablon Builder and a deep understanding of platform configuration
· A deep understanding of security settings and structure including functional groups, permission groups, and application security
