Lead Operations Support

Every day, you will work closely with the Supervisor to review incoming placements and the Referral Tracking Sheet for assignment to team members, conduct audits to ensure incoming placements are printed and loaded promptly, and take appropriate steps to resolve any delays or issues. To thrive in this role, you must understand the document request process and provide training for new hires and existing employees. You will also provide feedback to leadership on process improvement and areas of opportunity to help drive departmental goals forward. Successful candidates will be able to identify different types of hospital documentation including, but not limited to, UB-04s, medical records, remittance advice/EOBs, and more. **Here’s what you will experience working as a Lead Operations Support:** + Serve as a primary contact person for the team addressing any system access and answering questions. + Provide new hire training and ongoing training for Operations Support employees. + Be a mentor and coach to associates on department and/or payor policy. + Assist with case and/or client escalations. + Assist in monthly quality assurance reviews and meet weekly performance standards. + Handle rush and high-balance cases under department policy and follow HIPAA guidelines. For this US-based position, the base pay range is $42,433.44 - $53,041.80 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
