1、热情接待顾客的咨询,准确了解用户的需求并解答,引导并促进用户在网上成交(天猫/京东/拼多多/抖音等大型平台)
2、及时回复客户咨询,将未下单用户记录并跟进,提升销售额
3、协助与配合各大渠道完成销售目标,以及完成个人的指标
4、熟悉掌握各平台接待规则以及产品相关的专业知识
5、针对部分用户需要电联进行答疑
6、熟悉ERP软件售前、售前操作方式(包括:手工建单、售后单建立等)
7、负责基本简单售后处理(物流查询、改地址、电话回访);
8、配合客服经理工作,完成上级交代的其他事务。

1、电脑操作熟练,打字速度快,要求在60字以上;
2、有销售经验或电子商务客服经验者优先
3、学习能力强,有较强的同理心和服务意识
4、性格外向、善于沟通
5、有乐观的心态,对负面情绪可及时消化
