Assist with monitoring absenteeism, maintains time and production recordsEnsures scrap is recorded accurately and disposed of daily; rework is completed dailyAssist in monitoring and maintaining all TPM goalsInforms Team Leader of Production Manger of any and all quality issuesClears all faults and restarts machineryMaintains 5S standardsAccurately completes paperwork and data entryFills in for associate when necessaryMaintains time and production recordsInspects and measures parts and products to verify conformance specificationsAnalyzes and provides input to resolve work problems or assists associates in solving work problemsTracks associates in area during emergencyConducts associate cross-training to include maintaining and verifying performance levels and updating records/keeping records of progress

Leadership and decision-making skillsStrong interpersonal skills and good verbal and written communication skillsAbility to read and analyze informationWrite reports and work instructionsKnowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office word2 years of Manufacturing experience

Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Able to Lift 50 pounds Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.00 - $18.00 per hour.
