Position Summary

The Lead Optician is responsible for providing expert optical services to patients while overseeing the daily operations of the optical shop. This role serves as the primary optician, ensuring quality patient care in eyewear selection, fitting, and adjustments. In addition, the Lead Optician manages inventory, maintains vendor relationships, and supports insurance and billing functions for optical services.

Minimum Qualifications

One year of Opticianry experience required. Completion of education or a certificate in Opticianry preferred. Licensed Optician in the state of Kentucky preferred.
