Key ResponsibilitiesIdeate,\n develop and implement packaging solutions that meet the needs of the\n company, regulatory bodies and customers.Identify,\n evaluate and select ideal packaging materials, machinery and equipment.Work\n on reducing packaging-related costs and improving the efficiency of the\n product packaging process.Monitor industry trends and innovations to stay\nupdated with best practices and technologies for packagings.Conducting\n feasibility studies to determine the suitability of packaging solutions\n for specific products.Analyzing\n data and researching to improve the packaging process and implementing\n relevant solutions that can bring cost reductions.Developing\n and executing standard operating procedures and guidelines for product\n packaging in the company.Ensure consistency and quality of packaging across the\norganization.YOU MUST HAVEBachelor’s\n degree in relevant field.Previous\n experience in packaging design and development.Previous experience in packaging-related VA/VE and cost reduction projects.Strong\n knowledge of packaging technology, materials and design principles with\n knowledge of testing methods, regulations and standards for packaging.Familiarity\n with production equipment and manufacturing processes.Understanding\n of sustainability and environmental issues related to packaging.Strong\n creativity skills for developing unique packaging solutions using current\n trends.
