With an excellent support team in place, you'll be able to concentrate on what you do best in a friendly and supportive practice with state-of-the-art facilities. **Your role and responsibilities** **A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join Southfields Veterinary Specialists as our Senior Night Nurse.** The Lead Patient Co-ordinator will be responsible for the efficient output of cases across all departments of the practice. Working closely with the clinicians, nursing team and leadership team you will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling of the day, including timely management of emergencies and prevention of delays. You will work closely and collaboratively with the Head of Nursing Services (HONS), Senior Nursing Team and Leads across the Practice to ensure the effective delivery of outstanding patient care. You will work enthusiastically with the nursing team to help maintain a happy and effective working environment whilst ensuring practice and group policies are always adhered to. This role requires strong, inclusive, decisive leadership, clear communication and the ability to inspire and motivate the team in order to deliver the Linnaeus nursing strategy and achieve the practice's goals.
