Lead PC Tech - Win 11 Upgrade
Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Lead PC Technician to join their team. As a Lead PC Technician, you will be part of the IT department supporting the Windows 11 Upgrade Project. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proven track record of leadership which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Lead PC Tech - Windows 11 Upgrade **Contract:** 6-Months **Location:** Bel Air, MD (Fully Onsite) **Pay Range:** $29 - $34/hr USD-W2 **What's the Job?** + Manage the technical aspects of the Windows 11 upgrade project. + Lead and supervise a team of technicians assisting with the upgrade. + Coordinate and ensure the successful implementation of Windows 11 across all devices. + Utilize SCCM and Group Policy for effective management of the upgrade process. + Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and team members. **What's Needed?** + 5+ years of Desktop/PC Tech experience supporting hardware and software. + At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role, guiding other technicians. + Experience with at least one Windows Upgrade or Implementation project. + Strong knowledge of SCCM and Group Policy. + Excellent communication and organizational skills. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to lead a significant technology upgrade project. + Work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. + Develop your leadership skills while managing a team of technicians. + Gain valuable experience in a large healthcare organization. + Contribute to the advancement of technology in healthcare.
