As a diversified, national organization, you’ll have access to competitive benefits including a fresh perspective on workplace flexibility. **Position Purpose:** Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and assist with basic sourcing of candidates. + Coordinate all administrative and logistics requirements related to interview scheduling + Run candidate reports from HR systems based on defined criteria and requirements + Provide administrative support, including data entry of candidate data into recruiting system, filing and invoices + Search job boards, recruiting system, and various sites to build a pipeline of talent and candidates + Mine resumes and identify potential candidates based on requirements + Performs other duties as assigned + Complies with all policies and standards **Education/Experience:** High school diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of administrative, human resources or recruiting experience or Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field. Pay Range: $47,400 - $80,800 Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.
