Lead Performance Marketing Manager

If performance marketing is your passion, you are excited about data-driven growth, are great at defining and executing marketing strategies and always strive to learn more - join our central growth team working with a portfolio of SEGA titles. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who will take strong ownership of multiple projects, alongside a team of performance marketers. Your core responsibility will be to drive results via successful execution of strategy, leveraging multimillion dollar budgets. You will join a vibrant performance marketing craft and have the opportunity to mentor and support others, reporting directly to the Head of UA.
Our team is located in our HQ office in Espoo in a hybrid model with a couple of days a week spent together in the office. If you are not in Finland yet, we will provide relocation assistance.You will have impact and fun at work by doing:Overseeing the performance marketing strategy and its daily execution, running user acquisition activities on high priority game projects for RovioManaging and analysing campaigns, including optimization and monitoring of campaigns and budget allocationDriving a relentless culture of experimentation on all key existing UA channels, while also ideating and establishing new user acquisition funnels for our gamesConstantly looking to maximise growth opportunities and work with cross functional teams to achieve this throughout the games’ lifecycleContributing to the creative ideation and strategy, working closely with other teams to create and test our next top adsBringing exploration and insight to acquisition funnel measurement, including helping to define & set goals for KPIs and working with Analytics & Data Engineering on implementing performance predictionsCollaborating with Data craft and Finance on investment forecasts, budgeting and cash flow projections based on performance marketing investments, providing reporting on performance at a regular cadence for key stakeholdersExperience and skills we are looking for:Solid working experience of 5+ years in mobile games and/or app user acquisitionDemonstrated ability to effectively manage and optimise multi-million dollar acquisition budgetsWide understanding of UA strategies and channels outside of tracked marketingProven ability to partner with cross-functional teams: Product, Finance, Creative and Business Intelligence/ Data EngineeringBalance of data skills and understanding of creativesExcellent managerial, communication, interpersonal and presentation skillGrowth mindset when you are never satisfied with status-quo, always striving to improve and learn, encouraging teams and colleagues to do the sameIt would be nice if you also have the following skills:Proven success of managing a growth-motivated Performance Marketing teams or a track record of successful mentorship and training of more junior colleaguesDeeper understanding of mobile marketing ad tech: game measurement tools, attribution providers, programmatic advertising, fraudConsiderable experience with UA creative process, for example leading and setting up the creative strategy, preparing briefs, providing feedback during production, organising creative brainstormingPlease send your CV in English.
