**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Lead and coordinate daily activities of production team members to ensure safe and efficient operations
+ Monitor equipment and processes to maintain product quality and operational standards
+ Support training and development of team members to build capability and ensure compliance
+ Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to meet production goals
+ Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime and improve productivity

+ Strong understanding of safety practices and operational procedures in an industrial setting
+ Effective communication and problem-solving abilities

**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

+ $32.00 to $36.00 per hour
