What You'll Be Doing

Lead and coordinate daily activities of production team members to ensure safe and efficient operationsMonitor equipment and processes to maintain product quality and operational standardsSupport training and development of team members to build capability and ensure complianceCommunicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to meet production goalsIdentify and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime and improve productivity

Conditions of Employment

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
