What You'll Be Doing

Responsible for shift crew and extraction operations to the plant.Manage pit activities, including water control, haul roads, and mining using loaders and hoes.Maintain efficient and safe production, ensuring all equipment is maintained in collaboration with the maintenance department.Maximize efficiencies and maintain effective relationships with co-workers while ensuring compliance with Heidelberg Materials' safety policies and procedures to achieve zero harm.Be aware of environmental concerns and follow reporting procedures.
