The Lead Phlebotomist ensures the highest level of service to all patients for the procurement of blood samples. Performs limited laboratory procedures under the supervision of a medical technologist.

Requires a pleasant personality with a cooperative team spirit.  Promotes a positive friendly image to patients, visitors and other hospital personnel.  Oversees training of students and new staff.  You will be responsible for oversight of the appropriate staffing levels for assigned sites.

Required:

High school diploma 2 years of phlebotomy experience. Bilingual: English and Spanish are required Certification required, supervisory experience preferred.
