This program is critical to maintaining and advancing national defense capabilities. Position Overview: The Lead Planner will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of project scheduling efforts. This individual will oversee the development and management of schedules, ensuring alignment with technical approaches and project objectives. As the lead, you will work collaboratively with project teams, Estimating, and schedulers to develop, review, and refine comprehensive project schedules. Responsibilities: + Oversee and lead the development of project schedules by schedulers. + Integrate working schedules into a single, cohesive plan aligned with project goals. + Collaborate with Estimating to ensure smooth integration of P6 activities with cost systems such as Cobra. + Participate in schedule reviews, address feedback, and implement necessary adjustments. Qualifications: + U.S. Citizenship is required. + Minimum 10–15 years of experience in project controls, scheduling, or related fields. + Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and other scheduling tools. + Familiarity with Federal, State, and Local codes, including Department of Energy (DOE) Orders. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience leading teams in high-value infrastructure or construction projects. + Strong communication and leadership skills. Why Join Us? Location Details Arnold Air Force Base is located in Tullahoma, TN, just an hour southeast of Nashville. The assignment duration is approximately two years, and relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.
