Wood is currently sourcing for a Lead Planning Engineer with strong oil & gas EPC experience to join our team in the Philippines.

Accountable for the development of project schedules and plans, ensuring they are prepared to the required level of detail and accuracy and accordance with contractual requirements and Wood policies, procedures, and standards.

Accountable for ensuring schedules and plans are documented and auditable and that project schedules and plans maintained and issued in a controlled manner. Supervises and manages the Planning team in terms of delegating work, reviewing the work output of the team where appropriate, providing guidance and support, and managing the development of the Planning team members.

Acts as the focal point for all aspects of planning support to the project team and client, managing the communications interfaces essential for the delivery of the Planning team and shall be responsible for ensuring systems, process, procedures and standards are maintained.

Accountable for identifying areas of best practice and driving continuous improvement within the Planning team. May deliver the role as an individual or as part of a team as determined by the requirements of the project organization.
