Job responsibilities:

Direct response and support on LOCA OCA Bonding production line clean room. Quality solve basic problem on product yield. Solving the daily machine and Robot problem in production line. To do root cause machine analysis and machine trouble shooting. Ensuring all machines is good condition without any problem for production. Set P.M. machine and Robot P.M. machine following plan. Repair and maintenance machines. Develop and modify PLC the tooling equipment and other modify Support Engineering team for install facility system at new machines. Calibrates, Setup, installs new machines or machines moved. Update new software for machine. Edit part data and program for machine and robot. Other support Engineer require. 

Qualifications:

High Vocational degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related At least 5 years experience in maintenance, machining, robotic Knowledge PLC program
