Job Description An employer in Houston, TX is looking for Lead Power Apps Developer to join their team. This person will be responsible for helping lead technical delivery on a large capital project. Duties will include but not be limited to custom development maintaining, updating, and creating enhancements for existing reports/dashboards, helping design and develop new dashboards, assisting with cleanup for technical debt backlog, and taking ownership of current and future project work. This person will also be the liaison between IT and the business to understand technical needs and working with business stakeholders to gather requests make changes & build proof of concepts. Candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have a problem-solving mindset, and strong communication skills as they will be working with multiple teams to delivery on high priority project needs. Based on knowledge and years of experience, this position offers a pay range of $50-60/hr. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of Power Apps development experience 5+ years of software development experience (.Net, Angular, C#) Technical expertise in Power BI, Power Automate, and advanced MS Excel Proficient in SharePoint development and management Solid understanding of SQL database management (working with custom and complex SQL queries) Experience working in a cloud environment specifically MS Azure, MS ADO, and AWS Hands on experience creating visualizations and dashboards (Power BI or Tableau) Strong familiarity with ServiceNow, MS Project, ADO, SAP, Visio, and SQL 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Alteryx or similar data analytics platform Excellent written and verbal communication Oil & Gas industry experience Previous Business Analyst experience PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
