Ecolab is seeking a Lead IT Business Process Analyst to lead the effort to capture, clarify, and manage business requirements. In this role you will identify, document, and validate business requirements used by the technical team to provide functionality necessary to meet business objectives. This position will work as a liaison with various stakeholders and should be capable of defining project scope and objectives while understanding how to apply technology to meet the business requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

What You Will Do:

Act as technical lead for projects, interacting with business partners to collaboratively define solutions to address key opportunitiesMaintain project information and provide accurate project status updates to stakeholdersTranslate business objectives into requirements to facilitate key deliverablesIdentify and escalate issues and risks early to minimize impact to businessProactively identify opportunities to improve current solutions and processesFormulate and define project scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.Responsible for understanding the technology, business processes and opportunities in the context of the technical and business requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.Work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, document and validate requirements for changes to business processes, revising existing system logic difficulties as necessaryEnsure testing requirements are met and document business requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field8 years of IT experienceExperience working in a business environment performing analysis, gathering requirements, and problem solving

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with global cross-functional teams and demonstrated ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical expertise.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenProject management training or experienceProven ability to resolve problems independently and take appropriate action in a timely and professional manner
