Ecolab is seeking a Lead IT Business Process Analyst to lead the effort to capture, clarify, and manage business requirements. In this role you will identify, document, and validate business requirements used by the technical team to provide functionality necessary to meet business objectives. This position will work as a liaison with various stakeholders and should be capable of defining project scope and objectives while understanding how to apply technology to meet the business requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

What You Will Do:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field8 years of IT experienceExperience working in a business environment performing analysis, gathering requirements, and problem solvingPreferred Qualifications:
