About the Team
As we expand our footprint in the Brazilian market, we are seeking a highly motivated Lead Presales Solution Consultant to support our growth initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Brazil sales team, leveraging your market understanding and experience to identify opportunities, analyze customer business needs, and discuss strategic solutions. You will be instrumental in enhancing our presence in Brazil, helping businesses navigate their unique challenges with our cutting-edge solutions.
About the Role
As a UKG Lead Presales Consultant, you will serve as a product and solution expert, partnering with the Sales team to ensure the best possible solutions are presented to customers and prospects. You will support our sales teams in a complex sales environment by engaging in various presales activities, including needs analysis, solution development, product demonstrations, business case and financial justifications, executive presentations, proposal responses, and overall collaboration throughout the selling process. Additionally, you will engage with existing customers to help optimize their solution set by ensuring they leverage UKG's latest advancements in technology and product capabilities.

Assess clients’ business challenges and current environments, translating them into effective UKG solutions. Create and deliver compelling presentations, communicating effectively at all organizational levels. Basic Qualifications:
3-5 years of presales or solution consulting experience. Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus. Minimum of 3 years working with SaaS business applications. Willingness to travel up to 50%.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in workforce management, human capital management, human resources, or payroll. Familiarity with the retail and/or manufacturing industries. Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to various organizational levels, including C-level executives. Strategic, collaborative, and influential in working with teams and clients. BA/BS degree or equivalent.Where we’re going
