Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Lead Presentation Designer to join our Design team at Mercer. You will be joining us in building Oliver Wyman’s new in-house creative hub in Lisbon.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As our Lead Presentation Designer you will combine hands-on design excellence with team leadership – you'll personally craft sophisticated presentations for high-profile global projects while managing and mentoring a team of presentation designers. You'll work closely with Art Directors and Design Directors to translate complex narratives into compelling visual stories, ensuring consistency across all materials. Your expertise in presentation design and storytelling will be crucial in establishing best practices and workflows for the team. As part of our global in-house creative team, you'll collaborate with international stakeholders to elevate the quality of our presentation design while developing your team's capabilities.
