Duties Include: * Lead Principal AI Software Engineer will lead the design, development, and implementation of tools and frameworks that enhance the developer experience * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address pain points in the development process * Drive the adoption of best practices and standards across the development team * Integrate AI and machine learning solutions to automate and optimize development workflows * Plan, introduce, drive, and measure AI-centric tool options for efficiency and accuracy gains * Align AI-assisted tool practices in software development with the overall AI strategy driven by VPs * Assist in defining, mapping, and producing important and development-useful KPI standards * Provide direction in standardizing and coaching proper SDLC environment flows and practices * As a Lead Principal AI Software Engineer, you will assist in developing proper and effective software engineering manager communication and techniques across the team * Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our development practices remain cutting-edge * Ensure that software development practices align with industry standards and best practices * Identify and propose new technologies, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and quality
