The Battery Pack Team Manager position at Blue Oval City – Tennessee Electric Vehicle Center (TEVC) will have a unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be a key member of the start-up team, launching the facility from ground up.

You'll have…

High School Diploma1-2 years technical work experience and troubleshooting in a Manufacturing environmentFundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering 3-5 years maintenance or electrical leadershipFundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controlsAutomation assembly experience Automotive experienceKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles Knowledge of constraint management principlesSafety and Quality experience preferredMicrosoft Office knowledge (Word/Excel/Outlook) Prior experience managing a diverse work force
