Lead Procurement Coordinator

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a Lead Procurement Coordinator to join our dedicated team of professionals. Together, we strive for flawless execution and world-class service, working towards a healthier, cleaner, and safer world.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for various procurement-related tasks.

Supplier Introduction into the ERP systemManage Item related master data into the ERP systemCoordinate non-standard indirect purchasesManaging the quotation process with suppliersContributing to procurement projects

Additionally, you will support supplier and category meetings, achieve critical procurement metrics, and adhere to relevant standards and values. You will be collaborating with different functions in the organization and around the globe.

Requirements and Skills

The successful candidate will possess the following:

Strong communication skillsAbility to work at a high pace and manage workload peaksProficiency in English, both written and verbalProficiency in PC, MS Office applications, and ERPAbility to work in an international and multicultural environmentAdherence to the 4i Values (Integrity, Innovation, Intensity, Involvement)
