Job Summary
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our growing team and help shape the future of our AI-powered customer experience solutions. As a Lead Product Designer, you will play a key role in crafting intuitive, user-centric experiences that drive business impact. You
will not only contribute hands-on to design execution but also mentor and guide designers, ensuring the team operates effectively and delivers high-quality work. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define, design, and deliver innovative solutions that elevate user interactions. You will directly report to our Director of Design.
Primary Job Responsibilities Lead and oversee multiple products design from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with business and user needs. Lead and manage a team of designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and precision. Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to inform design decisions. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that effectively communicate design ideas. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate business objectives into user-centered designs. Ensure pixel-perfect execution and parity between design and engineering through QA processes and close collaboration with developers. Advocate for user-centered design principles while balancing technical constraints and business objectives. Contribute to and help evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products. Advocate for automation and tooling improvements to enhance production design efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovations to the team. Qualifications 6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. Experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and problem-solving skills. Deep proficiency in Figma (components, tokens, shared libraries, branching), as well as other relevant tools (Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility principles, and responsive design. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions effectively. Experience working in an agile development environment.
