Job Title: Project Manager cum Scrum Master
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Manager cum Scrum Master. This role requires a combination of strong project management expertise and deep understanding of Scrum principles to drive successful project delivery within an Agile framework.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.Serve as both Project Manager and Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver high-quality features and products on time.Coach team members on Agile practices and ensure adherence to Scrum principles and values.Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.Manage project scope, timeline, and budget, and communicate project status and risks to stakeholders effectively.Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging feedback and implementing process enhancements as needed.Work closely with product owners to prioritize backlog items and ensure alignment with business goals.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred.Proven experience managing software development projects using Agile methodologies.Strong understanding of Scrum framework, roles, and practices.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.Knowledge of software development processes and tools is a plus.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.HARMAN is proud to be an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
