DFT : Scan, Insertion, ATPG, JTAG, Tools : Synopsys-Tetramax, Cadence Encounter test, Mentor Graphics Fast scan. 

Minimum Requirements: 

The candidate must have a Bachelor Degree or a master's degree in computer engineering or related field. .

DFT Skill set required with below split of 10 DFT CW – preferably with 5-7 yrs of exp.
