Job Responsibilities :

1. Oversee product projects, ensure standards, and align strategies with
teams.
2. Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and feature
definitions.
3. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and
competitors.
4. Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment and successful product
delivery.
5. Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and
criteria.
6. Monitor performance, gather feedback, and make data-driven decisions.
7. Lead development initiatives to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
8. Communicate vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders and
executives.

Education Requirement :

B.Tech / B.E (CS, IT, ECE), MBA preferred

Experience Requirement :

9 - 15 years

Skills & Competencies :

1. Demonstrate proficiency in product management software and tools,
such as Jira and Aha.
2. Apply in-depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
3. Utilize experience with market research and data analysis techniques.
4. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product
requirements.
5. Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
6. Employee strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
7. Develop advanced knowledge of product management tools and
methodologies.
