As we add new products, geographies, ways for Dashers to earn, as well as use cases to help consumers save time, we’re expanding and enhancing our fraud capabilities to be best in the industry at keeping our platform safe and trustworthy. One of the most important areas within Integrity is building and advancing our Account Takeover prevention efforts and deepening our Identity Intelligence signals and capabilities. As we scale and continue to enter new business verticals, safeguarding the integrity of our platform becomes critical.
We’re seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive product strategy and execution in the Account Takeover (ATO) and Identity Intelligence space, securing our overall account integrity efforts. This is a pivotal role to protect our customers—Dashers, Merchants, and Consumers—from fraud while enabling seamless, secure access. Our goal is to make account access delightful, frictionless and easy for our customers while making it impossible for fraudsters to breach.
You will be the subject matter expert and driver behind our account integrity / account protection roadmap, building industry-leading defenses that leverage AI and ML models to enable real-time, accurate decisions with high recall. You’ll lead a cross-functional team involving Data Science, Design, Engineering, Strategy & Operations, and Analytics to help protect the platform and fuel healthy growth for DoorDash.
You will report into the Director of Trust & Safety and Integrity within the Customer Support Experience and Fraud organization.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… Lead Strategy & Execution: Own and execute the end-to-end product vision for ATO prevention and identity intelligence across the DoorDash platform. Fraud Signal Development: Partner with engineering, data science, and risk teams to build real-time detection and prevention systems leveraging behavioral biometrics, device intelligence, and advanced ML models. Incident Response & Mitigation: Serve as a product lead in response situations when large-scale ATO activity is detected, coordinating mitigation efforts and post-mortems. Measurement & Optimization: Own and influence OKRs for account health, attack rates, false positives, and recovery success, and iterate rapidly on product enhancements. Develop scalable solutions for complex risk problems, including unauthorized payments, KYC, and dispute resolution. Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Customer Experience, Design, Engineering, S&O, and Analytics to enhance security and trust in our platform. We’re excited about you because… You bring a 7+ years of experience solving complex ATO and Identity Intelligence product challenges and building scalable solutions You have expertise with behavioral biometrics, device fingerprinting, and signal enrichment to verify user identity You have expertise in fraud detection signals and scoring frameworks (e.g., risk scores, velocity checks, IP reputation). You have experience leading cross-functional teams and working with LLM and machine learning-based risk models You have proven abilities in driving product strategy, vision, and roadmap alignment You’re an execution power-house You thrive in ambiguous environments and can make data-driven decisions while balancing trade-offs between user experience and risk mitigation You have experience presenting product reviews to senior executives You have empathy for the users you build for You are passionate about DoorDash and the problems we are solving for
