Location: Beaverton, OregonJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $56 - 58 per hourWe’re seeking a Lead Product Line Manager to join our Global Apparel team! In this role, you’ll build strong cross-functional relationships with Merchandising, Brand, and other key partners to ensure alignment on product initiatives and innovations. You'll play a pivotal role in coordinating and communicating product strategies, ensuring smooth execution and alignment across internal and external teams. Support the vision for both Men's and Women's Apparel teams through a hyperlocal lens, and so requires someone who can put themselves in the mindspace of the consumers in the APLA geography and understand how to serve them, apply insights from them and make impact through coveted product.
Work with a broader triad team across design and development and closely partner with your global product & merchandising partners to understand & fuel franchise and marketplace strategies.
Monitor progress against objectives and adjust plans as needed, including hitting cost/margin on your projects and all aspects of product management to successfully deliver the line to market.
Ensure the accuracy of information in NIKE Inc. internal product management systems.
Create and deliver impactful presentations at internal and external meetings on a regular cadence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or 2 additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
5 years of product experience or merchandising.
Proven track record of building and growing businesses, leveraging strategic decision making and focused execution.
Proven ability to capture consumer insights and translate them into compelling product solutions.
Solid understanding of Apparel creation and product storytelling.
Phenomenal product eye and strong style sensibility.
Experience leveraging various tools and resources for trend forecasting.
Proven track record of fostering a collaborative team environment.
Demonstrated leadership capability, including the ability to motivate others and drive vision and strategy across functions.
Strategic thinking, product line management and franchise management experience, with ability to drive solid X-functional plans.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations.
Exceptional attention to details and deadlines, and the ability to balance competing priorities.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including internationally.
Ideal candidate will have worked in an apparel space before.
Fluency in either Japanese or Korean will be a huge plus in this role, though it is not required.
