#### **About the Role**
Uber Ads is a fast growing part of the company, driving significant revenue and connecting Uber customers with new brands and experiences. As a premium advertising surface, Uber is sought after by the world’s top companies looking to establish deep customer relationships, and as the product lead for Rider Ad Formats, you’ll design, build, and optimize those delightful and entertaining on-journey experiences.
#### **Responsibilities**
- You’ll operate quickly in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
- You’ll work closely with Uber’s top advertiser and agency partners to understand their brand and performance marketing goals
- You’ll be a force of creativity within the ads organization, delivering novel ad experiences that fit Uber’s unique platform
- You’ll work closely with Uber’s UX, engineering, and data science teams to make your vision a reality
- You’ll use data and experimentation to prioritize what your team delivers, evaluate its impact, and iterate.
**Basic Qualifications**
- 5+ years of product management experience at a tech/software company
- Demonstrated success designing, building, and launching products in a commercial environment, with a proven track record of leading cross functional teams.
- You love art and science in equal measure, and will both create beautiful experiences and go deep into user behavior and ad performance data.
- You operate with a sense of urgency and agency, taking accountability for the success of your product and team.
- Technical fluency, with a solid understanding of how software is built and served
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a strong attention to detail
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior experience with Ads, especially Ad Formats
- Computer science undergraduate degree or equivalent
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$203,000 per year - USD$225,500 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$203,000 per year - USD$225,500 per year.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
