The Trust & Safety team builds innovative technology that safeguards the integrity of the DoorDash platform, ensuring it remains the safest and most reliable platform for our customers, merchants, and Dashers. As DoorDash continues to grow, our team plays a key role in setting the standard for trust and safety, not just within our marketplace, but across the industry.
About the Role
We are setting the standard for trust and safety in the marketplace. As a Product Lead on the Trust & Safety team at DoorDash, you will lead the development of both front-end user experiences and back-end data systems, leveraging AI and ML technologies to protect and enhance the safety of our users. You’ll ensure that DoorDash delivers a seamless and secure experience for customers, merchants, and Dashers while complying with the regulatory landscape across the U.S. and international markets we operate in.
In this role, you'll identify high-impact opportunities to elevate our trust and safety features, using data insights, user research, and design thinking. You will come up with the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and work closely with a dedicated team of engineers, data scientists, operators, and designers to push the boundaries of the user experience and turn your vision into a reality for the DoorDash platform.

Compensation
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within the United States.
$159,800 — $235,000 USD
