Lead Product Manager

Short Description Lead on setting the direction of the product team and developing the strategy for future products to deliver as much value as possible.Job Summary The Lead Product Manager will work closely with Product leadership to provide leadership and direction to all products in a portfolio or product group. Product Managers will maintain the high-level roadmap across multiple related product teams and will be expected to line manage, coach and support Senior Product Managers and/or Product Managers.Job Description

Typical tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Forming the vision for the portfolio/ product group alongside the director, and engaging teams and stakeholders in the development of that vision over time.

• Working closely with the Product Director and VP of Product to provide leadership and direction to products.

• Maintaining the high-level roadmap.

• Involvement in a range of programme management activities in support of the product owner.

• Involvement in hiring product managers and product specialists.
