Lead Product Manager - Ranorex
Ranorex is dedicated to empowering software teams with comprehensive UI testing tools that can handle even difficult-to-automate interfaces. Our flagship product, Ranorex Studio, provides all-in-one UI test automation across desktop, web and mobile devices. We help 14K+ users worldwide deliver high-quality desktop, mobile and web applications.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and energetic Lead Product Manager.


Responsibilities:Lead the Ranorex product management team Drive the direction, feature set and release cadence for RanorexWork with customers, internal stakeholders and remote development teams to drive product feature definitionPlan and facilitate conversations across our organizations to understand requirements and pain points and devise simple solutions to address thoseDocument future product features and requirements into well-organized written product requirementsDrive and track product development progress with various development teamsCommunicate product roadmap and product value propositions to marketing and sales teamsSee yourself as a problem solver, able to think creatively to remove obstaclesYou prefer to be hands-on with your products, able to install and use what your target users use, putting yourself in their shoesYou will interact with all levels and departments of a major software company - so your ability to communicate and influence others will be a key to your success 
Must-have QualificationsConsiderable product management, business analyst, or equivalent experienceExcellent problem solving capabilities, unanswered riddles drive you crazyAbility to influence without authority, establish rapport and demonstrate confidence with your product visionExperience working with international teams that cross multiple time zones and with large organizationsAbility to communicate professionally with executive leadershipAbility to manage multiple projects and queries from team members simultaneouslyAbility to be flexible and embrace changeAbility to quickly pick up technical concepts and terminology 
Important but not absolute must-have QualificationsFamiliarity with the software testing and how it fits into the software development life cycle Project management, release management or QA/QE experienceExperience working on Windows desktop applications
