Responsibilities 
1.    Provide technical leadership to developers. Ensure on-time delivery of the projects.
2.    Lead and triage production incidents.
3.    Collaborate with directors, managers, architects, security champions, and other engineers to estimate, design, code, deploy, and support working software/technology components.
4.    Gather and document project requirements, create detailed backlogs in Jira, working with business and product owners. 
5.    Analysis and Design – Transforms high-level design into low-level design and implementation.
6.    Collaborate with an agile team that is passionate about utilizing emerging technologies and delivering high-quality and timely code  
7.    Good understanding and experience following design patterns, test-driven development, and continuous integration practices.
8.    Perform peer code reviews and recommend best practices and standards for coding.
9.    Lead automation. Build automated, scalable services and systems to power our growing Azure cloud infrastructure
Software prototyping and construction – Design, Build, and Modify existing business-tier components, Web applications, and database objects using Microsoft platform technologies (ASP.NET Web API) and Azure.
10.    Validate proposed solutions and seek feedback from stakeholders
11.    Perform unit and integration testing on all developed code – Create and execute unit and integration tests within the development lifecycle
12.    Proactively benchmark application code to mitigate performance and scalability issues
13.    Work with Quality Assurance Team on issue reporting, resolution, and change control
14.    Assist other cross-teams with troubleshooting problems that may arise from applications or integration of various components.

 
Technical Experience: 
1.    3+ years in leading and mentoring a team as technical lead. 
2.    A minimum of 8+ years of extensive, hands-on experience with C#/.Net/MS SQL/Oracle. 
3.    Experience with cloud technologies. Experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure SQL, Storage, Web apps, Key Vault, pipeline, App insights, and Monitoring) is a plus. 
4.    Experience with Angular and Kendo UI is a plus.
5.    Experience working with “GIT” as source control and understanding the concepts around pull requests, branches, and repositories.
6.    Experience with REST API/ Web API creation, consumption, and integration using Service Oriented Architecture.
7.    Experience with unit test frameworks.
8.    Experience with Linux and scripting is a plus. 
9.    Must have Advanced experience in Object-oriented programming, data structures, dependency injection, and multithreading.
10.    Experience in Agile Software Development.
11.    Experience in Creating high-level and low-level design documentation.
12.    Industry experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
13.    Technology Certification is a plus.
 
Education: 
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
