日本では、世界中のDanfossの工場で作られている上記製品の販売・サービスの他、京都府亀岡市に京都工場（Danfoss Power Solutions (Japan) Ltd.）があり、国内外の建機、農機メーカーや港湾、ダムといった公共インフラ向けの油圧機器の開発・生産を実施しています。

京都工場は、かつて住友重機械工業の京都工場として油圧機器の開発・生産を行っていましたが、業界の整理・統合に伴い、2023年よりDanfossの京都工場として事業を継続しています。

Job Responsibilities

　京都工場では従来製品に加え、新しい製品の量産を計画しています。

従来製品の生産の効率化（新工法の導入、新設備の導入等）の他、新しい製品の量産準備、設備導入、立上げ等、過去の経験を活かした工場の再編、改善を一緒に進めていき、それをまた新しい経験として成長し、楽しめる、前向きなエンジニアを求めています。

·          新設備導入や既存設備の改良による品質、生産性の向上

·          MTBF、MTTR改善等による工場の効率的な稼働へのサポート

·          他部署（設計、品質、製造、調達）と連携し、工場全体の運営改善、強化

Background & Skills

·          大学、大学院の理科系出身

·          工場のインフラおよび加工、組立等生産設備の設備導入立案から導入、立上の経験

·          工場の生産性や環境改善経験（例えば設備稼働率の向上、品質向上や節電・廃棄物削減等）※2年以上

·          製造プロセス改善や工程設計の知識・経験

·          英語への拒絶感がないこと
