Compensation includes a base salary of $58,400.00 - $87,600.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

What To Expect

With LEAD, you’ll learn a little bit of everything. We’ll start with core training before moving you into a rotation that will take you all over the company. When you find something that sparks your curiosity (and you will!), we’ll provide you with targeted education to develop that skillset. You’ll start with a mentor, and then a LEAD “buddy” to help show you the way.

You’ll have an opportunity to experience multiple business functions with the possibility of some of the following:

What You’ll Do

Here’s a peek at your responsibilities:

Supporting or leading projects under moderate supervision. 

Managing the end-to-end project life cycle. 

Analyzing business situations, creating processes and demonstrating problem-solving skills.

Supporting product launch activities. 

Creating process maps and refining products.

Tracking and analyzing project budgets. 

Reporting, communicating and influencing both project deliverables and team members. 

Creating and managing relationships with internal and external customers and key stakeholders. 

Creating and leading presentations to team members and senior leadership. 

Evaluating data and preparing forecasts.

Analyzing short and long range business trends and new business opportunities.

Planning budgets and comparing against actual spend.

Creating finance models of “what if” scenarios for future business planning in areas such as new product development, new marketing strategies, etc.

Who You Are

You’re a dedicated and reliable person who’s ready for growth. An eager learner, you ask questions and take initiative. You also have the following qualifications:

For January 2025 cohort: an undergraduate degree by December 2024 (minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 is required).

For June 2025 cohort: an undergraduate degree by May 2025 (minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 is required).

Demonstrated problem solving and analytical thinking skills. 

Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation and collaborative skills. 

Strong communication, relationship building and organization skills. 

Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. 

Work authorization to work in the U.S.; this role does not provide work sponsorship.
