Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Program Manager, Demand Generation Marketing to support the execution and optimization of our demand generation programs. This role will work closely with the Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Brand and Sales teams to drive efficiency, alignment, and measurable business impact. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B marketing program management, strong analytical skills, and a results-driven approach to scaling demand generation initiatives.

Please note: This is a hybrid role that will be based in Denver, CO and requires an in-office presence three days per week. 

Key Responsibilities:

Program Strategy & Execution:

Develop, manage, and optimize multi-channel demand generation programs, ensuring alignment with pipeline and revenue goals.

Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, content syndication, and other channels for select programs.

Define program objectives, KPIs, and success metrics, ensuring consistent tracking and reporting.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Partner with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing teams to ensure programs are tailored for target audiences and business objectives.

Work closely with Marketing Operations to ensure seamless program execution, lead flow, and accurate attribution tracking.

Align with Sales and SDR teams to facilitate feedback loops and refine marketing programs based on conversion insights.

Performance Optimization & Reporting:

Monitor demand generation program performance and analyze key data points to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

Work with the Marketing Analytics team to track and measure pipeline contribution, ROI, and customer acquisition costs.

Continuously test, refine, and optimize campaign strategies based on data-driven insights.

Project Management & Process Improvement:

Own the end-to-end project management of key demand generation initiatives, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

Develop and document best practices, workflows, and templates to improve efficiency and scalability of marketing programs.

Drive alignment and accountability within cross-functional teams by managing priorities and roadmaps effectively.

Qualifications

Please note: This is a hybrid role that will be based in Denver, CO and requires an in-office presence three days per week. 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

5-7 years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or program management in a fast-paced environment.

Proven track record of managing and optimizing multi-channel demand generation programs with measurable results.

Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing performance measurement, including funnel metrics, attribution models, and conversion rates.

Proficiency in marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across marketing, sales, and operations teams.

Experience working with B2B SaaS or technology companies is a plus.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Additional Information

This role is based in the Denver Metro Area, and the expected base salary range for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a target bonus.

Compensation Package

$123,120 - $176,985 USD Base Salary + Variable Compensation (where applicable)
