Your Role

Make a program management planEnsure projects and programs are aligned with the strategic plan of the organizationDefine the program controls, or the processes, procedures, reporting, etc., to manage the programPlan the overall program and monitor progress to ensure that milestones are being met across various projects and programsMake the program budgetManage the risks and issues that might arise throughout the program life cycle and take measures to correct them when they occurCoordinate the projects and their interdependencies between the various projects and programs in the programManage and use resources across the various projects in the programManage stakeholders who are involved in the program

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

Must have strong project management experience with large and complex projectsMust have a broad knowledge of project management methodologiesThe ability to understand the wider objectives of the program, such as business and strategic goalsThe ability to work with a wide range of individualsStrong leadership and managerial skills with appropriate experienceStrong knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures

Certification in Project Management (CAPM)Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)Program Management Professional (PgMP)Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP)Agile Certified Practitioner and more
