Lead Program Manager / Scrum Master - Mastercard Developers

Overview
Mastercard Developers is the single entry point for Mastercard partners to access a diverse range of payment, data, loyalty, and security APIs. Our team is responsible for delivering an experience that ensures developers can quickly find the right API, assess its technical capabilities, and integrate it into new and innovative solutions. The Mastercard Developers team is looking for a technical program manager/scrum master to lead the successful execution of projects and programs, driving scalability and enhancing customer value for our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Role
As a program manager/scrum master, you will:

•\tBe responsible for planning, execution, and delivery, from inception to completion, for an existing technology product or program through collaboration with an international cross functional team including product, engineering, QA, UX and infrastructure teams.
•\tDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, capacity and resource allocations.
•\tPlan and lead agile ceremonies and drive continuous development within the team.
•\tProactively identify and manage technical risks and dependencies, ensuring successful execution of projects.
•\tOperate between teams and architectures overseeing the gaps between teams, processes, and systems, while removing all blocking issues leading to a successful delivery.
•\tCollaborate with senior leadership to align program goals with broader business objectives.
•\tDrive effective team organization and communication. Report out progress to internal stakeholders.

All About You
•\tDemonstrated experience breaking down problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering programs in agile delivery models (scrum, Kanban, etc.).
•\tStrong ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy in all elements of project management
•\tExpert level knowledge of software development processes and Agile practices.
•\tProven track record of data driven decision-making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams.
•\tAbility to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles.
•\tAbility to adapt swiftly and efficiently when priorities shift.
•\tEnthusiastic about prioritizing product delivery to the customer over exclusively delivering story points.
•\tDemonstrated ability to use logical and practical judgment instead of strictly adhering to processes.
•\tExcellent time management and organizational skills.
•\tStrong communications skills - both verbal and written - ability to communicate critical points efficient across a wide range of audiences.
•\tDemonstrated experience building relationships, partnering with and influencing dependent teams while fostering respect among colleagues across the organization.
•\tHuge plus if you have expertise in working with API based products.
