O que queremos saber sobre você?

Graduação em: Engenharia de Controle e Automação ou Engenharia Elétrica.

Data de conclusão da graduação: De julho/2024 a Junho/2025

Média geral (nota) igual ou maior a 75%.

Inglês avançado/fluente.

Disponibilidade para viagens.

Experiência anterior de estágio ou programas acadêmicos como projetos de extensão e similares.

Habilidade de compreender a proposta de valor para o cliente e compromisso com uma entrega de valor.

Habilidade de gerenciamento de projetos e trabalho em equipe

Habilidade de propor soluções criativas.

Habilidade de aprender proativamente novas ferramentas e identificar oportunidades de melhoria.

Conhecimentos desejáveis:

Conhecimento em linguagens de programação tais como: Matlab, Simulink, C++, Java, Python, dentre outras.

Como será o seu dia a dia? 

O LEAD Engineering é um programa de 2 anos que te permite passar por diferentes áreas de interesse e desenvolver suas habilidades. O programa consiste em quatro rotações de 6 meses que tem como objetivo fornecer uma ampla exposição às funções de Digital Intelligence e Engenharia, levando a uma oportunidade de atuação fora do programa em uma função que lançará sua carreira.

Você poderá focar em algumas das tendências mais interessantes da área de sistemas, controles, combustíveis alternativos, motores, refrigeração, testes, sinalização, software embarcados e muito mais.

Mas, isso não é tudo! Sua experiência nesse programa inclui um treinamento técnico e de liderança, onde você terá contato com pessoas de vários países, exposição à vários líderes e desenvolvimento de um network duradouro com profissionais e amigos.
