 Lead Project Engineer - Permanent Full Time OpportunityHybrid Work Model  Base Yourself in Sydney, Brisbane or MelbourneAbout the Role: The Lead Project Engineer will provide support and expertise to the RES Construction Management team, working across all renewable sectors, including wind farm and solar construction projects in Australia. Key Responsibilities include but not limited to: (7 Points)

 Actively promote and demonstrate achievement of company safety leadership and sustainability objectives.This role involves leading and mentoring two junior engineers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure successful project execution and professional growth. Take control of packages of works, manage contractors, undertake assessments under the direction of the Construction Project Manager/s or Head of Construction. Assist in the procurement of contractors including scoping of work, running tenders and legal coordination for contracts. Assist and provide support to the Construction Project Manager/s in technical interface management during the project construction phase, liaise between all involved parties including Owner Engineers, EPC Contractor and Network Service Provider, and monitor the technical obligations under each agreement.Review technical documents (manuals/drawings and test reports, etc.) Skills & Experience: (5 Points) Ability to manage interfaces, risks and stakeholder needs.Strong HSEQ awareness and cultureWorkplace flexibility across all states, remote areas - project dependentLeadership, mentoring and supervision of engineering resources.Relevant post graduate experience of multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.Managing engineering consultants and contracts.
