Lead Project Engineer

As a Lead Project Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in managing the design and build of several test station design projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from concept development to implementation and delivery. Your expertise in project management and engineering will be crucial in ensuring the successful execution of these projects.

You will report directly to our Department Manager and you'll work out of our Clearwater, Florida location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our engineering teams and the delivery of high-quality test station designs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•   Manage the design and build of several test station design projects
•   Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept development to implementation and delivery
•   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications
•   Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
•   Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
•   Provide technical guidance and support to project team members
•   Identify and mitigate project risks
•   Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders

YOU MUST HAVE
•   Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
•   Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and engineering
•   Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
•   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•   Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
•   US citizenship (dual citizenship is not permitted due to project restrictions)
