Lead Project Engineer EIC
For our our industrial client, we are looking to recruit a Lead Project Engineer EIC.

The company/department:
The company has an extensive investment program. The in-house engineering department provides the manpower and expertise to realize the investment projects. They proactively and professionally provide project management and services based on specific process installation and technical knowledge. As an in-house engineering department, they provide services for the realisation and continuous improvement of the plant. 

The job:
As a Project Engineer Electrical Instrumentation and Control, you will have EIC responsibility for your project, from start to finish, reporting to the project manager. 

Projects:
• TCCT: Dynamic project in progress in which assembly activities run parallel to engineering activities;
• Coverages: Project in PDP phase (Basic Engineering) with main focus on Civil, however, there are a lot of EIC interfaces. Many logistic installations (conveyor belts and machine control / monitoring);
• Machine Safety Program: Program with multiple machine safety projects. The aim is to do concept engineering for each factory, whereby alternatives to identified risks must be mapped out. After that, machine safety SDS and SRS documents need to be created. 

Your focus:
• Market and review engineering packages, supervise implementation and provide support during commissioning. If possible, also create structure and overview for the EIC work package;
• Map the scope of Basic Engineering, make Cost estimates, and define interfaces (T.O.Ps). Knowledge of machine safety is an advantage;
• Machine Safety, knowledge and able to map scope Basic Engineering can be made, Cost estimates, and interfaces (T.O.P's) can be made;
• Responsible for time, technology and money with regard to electrical engineering, instrumentation and process control and automation;
• Your responsibility extends from the Study, Design & Build phase to the commissioning and aftercare phase;
• You take into account the safety of the design in terms of ATEX, SIL & CE.

Requested:
• Master's/Bachelor's degree in preferably Electrical Engineering or Control Engineering;
• Preferably a generalist with at least 5 years of experience in the field of electrical engineering, instrumentation or process control;
• Open mind, so that maximum results are achieved at the lowest possible cost; 
• Troubleshooter and provides technical advice. To do that at a high level, you stay constantly informed of developments and new trends;
• A flexible and pragmatic attitude is essential;
• Social and communicative skills, customer- and result-oriented, analytical and enterprising;
• Fluency in English and at least some level of Dutch.
