Requirements:
State-approved 4-year Industrial Electrician Apprenticeship or technical college degree Current state electrical license Minimum of 10 years in commercial/industrial settings Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience Valid driver's license Proficiency in electronic theory and trade tools Experience with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local/state codes Understanding of OSHA/MSHA safety standardsPreferred Skills:
Journeyman or Master Electrician LicenseResponsibilities:
Manage and lead project managers and supervisors in electrical construction Plan, coordinate, and supervise field employees for projects and service calls Partner with HR for recruitment, performance tracking, and employee lifecycle management Enforce company policies related to health safety and employment Ensure compliance with electrical codes, OSHA/MSHA regulations Develop customer bid proposals; review job specifications Schedule project activities aligning workflow with deadlines/budgetsPay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
