Lead Project Manager Job Description **_Are you looking for a highly impactful role in a Global context, where you can work with highly skilled colleagues in an international environment, and contribute to Grundfos' commitments to Sustainability within Environment, Health & Safety?_** **_We aim to be the best and beyond – and we need your expertise to lead the way._** **What is the job about?** Based at our Facility in Indija, Serbia, you will become a part of the Group Environment Health and Safety, Strategy, Planning and Execution Team (GEHS SP&E), consisting of 8 highly skilled colleagues based in Denmark and Serbia. The Team is responsible for deploying and implementing business processes and projects across primarily our Own Operations, and we aim at maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and sustainability across the organization. **Your main responsibilities:** As theLead Project Manager in our EHS Business Process project, you will have an important role in re-engineering and implementing our business process globally and your responsibilities will be to: + Work hands-on with project management, transforming complex cases into actionable plans. + Collaborate with relevant Group Functions, Divisions and cross-functional governance boards. + Take ownership and ensure effective project execution, meeting expectations to Scope, Quality, Cost, Time, Benefits, and Risks in the entire lifecycle of the project(s). + Empower and guide the project team members towards the project objectives. + Show diligence by proactively capturing and raising concerns and proposing countermeasures in due time. + Conduct reviews that advance progress. + Monitor, coordinate and communicate changes within the project frame. + Excel in continuous Stakeholder Management of functions and individuals impacted by the project. + Create clear, transparent, and committed agreements with team managers/team members by involving them in planning. Furthermore, you will also helpbuild and refine Group EHS Task Intake processandparticipate in GEHS efforts towards Grundfos Business System and ISO initiativesby + Collaborating with colleagues on ensuring clear priority and transparency in tasks and activities. + Acting as Process driver and Process support in selected Business Processes **Your background** We are looking for an experienced project manager with a previous experience with leading strategically important projects within a global environment. We are open to different backgrounds and experiences - the most important thing is that you have hands-on experience and are eager to lead and find solutions. Furthermore, we imagine that you have: + Master or Bachelor within Science/Business/Communication or similar + Minimum 8 years of experience with developing complex projects in a global company with multiple stakeholders around the world - especially within a manufacturing environment. + Advanced stakeholder management skills. + Experience with Business Process development and deployment + Previous experience with recommendations + Good communication skills, written and verbal, English + Mastering relevant IT tools + High personal drive and positive attitude, with sound judgement and ability to balance risk and opportunities. + A curious mindset and that you are eager to learn and teach. + High degree of cultural understanding in a global context. + Confident in making decisions without having all the details. + Effective leadership and change management capabilities. + Knowledge of ISO certifications: 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001 + Experience conducting assessments and audits + Understanding digital transformation and its possibilities, as well as hands-on experience with running digitalization projects + Ability to travel (anticipate up to 30 days pr. Year) As an individual, you excel in diverse and fast-paced environments, constantly seeking to stay updated with the latest advancements in Project and Change management. Your effective communication skills enable you to navigate diverse stakeholder opinions while maintaining persistence in achieving shared goals. In addition, you possess the ability to seamlessly balance a holistic approach and are able to dive into intricate details when necessary.
