International is looking for a Lead Project Manager-B2B Ecommerce to join their team in Lisle!

This highly visible Lead Project Manager-B2B Ecommerce role has responsibility for our multi-million dollar B2B E-Commerce (Dealer Facing) solution, supporting over 500 dealer locations across North America. This solution allows our dealers to sell more parts and reach new customers who have not considered purchasing parts from their local International Truck or IC Bus dealer locations.
This solution will enable both known and unknown customers the ability to shop at their convenience for the parts they need. Additionally, our dealers have the ability to integrate the solution to allow for automatic order processing.
In this role you will be accountable to work with internal teams to grow dealer sales and customer acceptance across our network. This includes training system users, internal and external, gathering feedback, generating system improvement requirements and implementing system or process enhancements. Finally, play a key role as we continue to develop our digital Parts & Service strategy that includes repair estimating, telematics and other technologies.
Responsibilities
+ Have the ability to interact with both dealers and customers both onsite and virtually and create market acceptance
+ Sales experience in the e-commerce heavy duty truck, automotive or related industry
+ Ability to travel internationally – Mainly United States, Canada and Mexico
Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ At least 5 years of project/program management experience
OR
+ Master’s degree
+ At least 3 years of project/program management experience
OR
+ At least 7 years of project/program management experience
Additional Requirements
+ Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Desired Skills
+ E-commerce and sales experience working with E-Commerce solutions, product suppliers and business system vendors, especially dealer (Karmak, CDK, Etc.) management systems.
+ Strong change management aptitude
+ Online sales skills and or online marketing experience
+ Be able to contribute to the creation of quality online content
+ Conducting and/or developing training online or in-person classes and/or material
+ Knowledge of parts functionality, various parts types & the other ingredients that make up a on-line sale
+ Ability to work and lead cross functional activities and projects
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
+ Ability to grasp technical/mechanical concepts
+ Customer focus and a high sense of urgency
