Job Description SummaryPM will be responsible to plan, manage, commission, site management and deliver an entire project from transfer through to Provisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC) ensuring that additional business opportunities are pursued and to deliver high levels of Customer satisfaction and maximum margin/value with clear focus on safety (direct or as supporting actor for lead & senior PM’s).

A minimum of 60000 EUR gross annual salary per year - The actual salary will be based on qualifications and experience


Main PM tasks include

Execute projects keeping high standards in Safety, efficiency, on time delivery and financial goals as per PMH rulesContribute to units’ operational performance by providing accurate forecasts in finance Key Performance Indicators : Sales, Cash & MarginBusiness scope = Grid Solutions projects (including GIS, AIS, Protection Relays, Monitoring & Diagnostics, DCS & CCS Systems & Services) running in parallelCommissioning of HV equipment

Major Responsibilities

Project execution (from tender to warranty end, including delivery & commissioning activities)Be the prime customer contact for the execution of the contract/projectExecute Projects in collaboration with EHS, engineering department, contract admin, contract management, finance, procurement & other support functionsBe accountable for On Time Delivery, Sales and cash-in realization (& accurate forecasting), project Operating Working Capital, Margins improvement & Customer satisfactionFollow project management best practices (as per Project Management Handbook and specific Product line instructions), including specific focus on transfer review, project gates reviews and project close-outMonthly update on actions plan progress & Sales/cash forecastsPreparation and presentation of project reviewsContribute to EHS plan, Operation department development & Unit continuous improvementLead EHS/Safety actions and performance: be fully compliant with GE rules and processes, ensure project teams (own and subcontracted) are properly trained and holders of required qualifications when required. Lead to EHS monitoring actions, perform HSVs.Follow GE compliance Policies (‘The Spirit and The Letter’) and promote open reporting Support Commercial team by return of experience, optimizing project costs & deliveries

Qualifications / Requirements

Bachelor’s Electrical Engineering degree from an accredited universityStrong experience in project-, site management and commissioning in Energy Industry ( preferably in Distribution and HV/MV-Transmission )Knowledge of Electricity Transmission, Distribution & Industrial markets with financial notions is a plusAutonomy & RigorFully fluent in German in word / writing (level C2)Fully fluent English in word / writingGood business acumen, execution driven, process appliance, PM metrics, teamworkHigh energy, positive individual loving operational challengesProactivity and reactivity
