Responsible for leading strategic and operational implementation of provider management programs that support insurers to move towards value driven funding of health services

• Generate practical and relevant ideas on new provider initiatives, or enhance existing ones, to improve claims experience and outcomes

- Take data insights from Amplify Health provider management analytics tools and translate for local market team for practical application in their hospital and doctor management strategies

• Provide advice, training and in-person support for provider negotiations
• Coordinate with product, commercial and analytics teams within our organisation to deliver market-specific solutions for Hong Kong clients

- Ideally be based in HK to best serve the local clients
